Job Description
In this role you will:
1. Provide exceptional service during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest stay.
2. Ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and safety.
3. Maintain accurate credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation to ensure the integrity of the hotel’s financial data and the ease in shift changes.
4. Checking and balancing the day’s takings from the hotels outlets.
5. Ensuring accurate charges to our guest’s rooms.
6. Ensuring the safety and security of our guests.
7. Completing the night audit process reconciliation & excel reporting.
8. Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
9. Prepare light room service meals for guests from our Late Night Menu.
10. Control after-hours access to the property.
Qualifications

14. Previous experience with a property management system. Preferably Opera.
15. Exceptional customer service skills, communication and time management skills.
16. A friendly and outgoing personality.
17. Proven ability to work unsupervised.
18. A willingness to use initiative and strong problem solving skills.
19. Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy
20. Ability to work late night shifts 11pm – 7am.
21. Be reliable and flexible with the ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends.
