About the Role - Multi-Skilled Operative/Maintenance Person Ensure the security of the establishment, and that the building is safe and compliant with current regulations. What is the day-to-day of the role Undertake general repairs and maintenance around the home, inside and out, including decorating, repairs on furnishings and buildings to ensure a safe environment is maintained. Liaising with the Home Manager to identify any priorities. Implement and monitor all Health and Safety at work requirements and any relevant legislation. Assist in keeping facilities management logs up to date, along with regulation paperwork.
