The Role
Job Title: Intensive Housing Management Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility required
As an Intensive Housing Management Worker you will support people living in our accommodation to access opportunities that improve their quality of life, develop skills and make decisions about their future. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing an effective and responsive intensive housing management service
* Giving advice and assistance regarding money management
* Keeping properties functional and in good repair
* Working in partnership with external agencies to help people gain the skills needed to maintain tenancy and transition to independent living
* Conducting property inspections and arranging repairs, liaising with the property team, landlords and contractors when needed

Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
