Overview
An exciting opportunity to join the Haemato-Oncology team at Cambridge University Hospitals. You will be practising as an advanced clinical practitioner (ACP) within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient‑centred quality care in the inpatient and outpatient Haematology service. The role includes rostering time for education, teaching and research in addition to clinical work across the department.
Responsibilities
* Practice as an advanced practitioner within Haematology, encompassing assessment, examination, diagnosis and treatment within an agreed scope of practice.
* Assist in the safe assessment, treatment, referral and discharge of patients within the designated unit.
* Work under the four pillars of advanced practice and provide evidence of ongoing CPD at appraisal.
* Manage patients and operate in an advanced clinical capacity with appropriate support.
