Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
Handling a pre-litigated and post-litigated defendant Credit Hire / Motor Injury (depending on experience / exposure) caseload from cradle to grave.
Working on a variety of Motor Injury and/or Credit Hire related matters along the small claims track or within the fast-track claims management arena.
Representing leading road and motor insurance companies, focussing on litigation planning, mediation strategy and case resolution.
