Are you an experienced Assembly Operative with demonstrable Pressure Testing experience? You could be progressing your career at a world class and very successful Manufacturing company who have been awarded multiple queens awards and provide a range of complex safety equipment for the Aerospace / Defence markets. Based in a busy assembly department, you will be Pressure Testing assembled aerospace components to a high standard of quality Responsibilities:
* Run programmes that test high pressure hoses to required technical and quality standards
* Test samples to destruction
* Follow design documents and technical specifications when setting up programmes
* Inspect work to quality standards, issuing relevant certificates and stamps
Required Skills and Experience:
* Pressure Testing experience
* Basic manufacturing/engineering background
* Experience of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Background in Health and Safety policies and procedures / QAI’s and COSHH regulations.
* Basic PC Skills
* Familiar with engineering hand tools.
* Basic understanding of measuring equipment
