Our client, who is based near Dartford, is looking for a hands-on Customer Service Team Leader to guide, motivate and develop a small team that takes real pride in supporting their customers from first enquiry all the way through to aftersales care. Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Near Dartford What you'll be doing: * Leading, supporting and inspiring a team of Customer Service Advisors * Making sure every customer interaction is accurate, efficient, and delivered with care * Reviewing enquiries, quotes and orders to keep everything running smoothly * Helping to shape better processes and support the move towards digital tools * Holding regular one-to-ones and coaching sessions to keep team morale and motivation high * Working closely with other departments to strengthen communication * Tracking key service metrics and spotting opportunities to improve performance What you'll bring: * Experience leading or supervising a customer service or sales support team * A practical approach to process improvement * Confidence with CRM/ERP systems and data management (Excel skills a plus!) * A natural communicator who's both empathetic and efficient * Organised, analytical, and full of ideas to make the customer journey even better If you're the kind of leader who gets stuck in, lifts others up, and thrives on making things run better, we'd love to hear from you
