The Accounts
Payable Manager, a newly created role, will be responsible for overseeing the
procure to pay operations and will lead the accounts payable team for our
restaurant business. The role ensures efficient and accurate invoice
processing, timely payments and compliance with regulations and group policies.
This role requires a practical understanding of multi-site hospitality business
and will collaborate with key business stakeholders, build strong supplier
relationships and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What will you
be doing?
* Lead and develop the AP team, ensuring high performance and
service standards
* Oversee invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs
* Manage supplier relationships and resolve queries
efficiently
* Ensure compliance with UK VAT regulations and internal
controls
* Drive process improvements, automation, and system
enhancements
* Support reporting, cash flow forecasting, and year-end
processes
Key Skills and
Competencies
* Proven experience in accounts payable within a multi-site
environment
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with ERP systems (Sage 200 preferred) and
advanced Excel
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage high
volumes
* A recognised accounting
qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable

Location
The role will
mainly be office based which currently is located in Fitzrovia, London. The
candidate will be expected to undertake some occasional site visits. We value
in-office collaboration, which is essential for strong working relationships
and talent development.
