Are you an experienced Audit Manager seeking a new opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a prominent Independent Accountancy Firm in Wigan, is expanding due to growth and is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities of the Audit Manager Job:
* Oversee on-site audits, managing implementation from start to finish
* Coordinate on-site resources, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines
* Maintain audit quality, following company practices and auditing standards
* Provide guidance to audit juniors, aiding in their professional development
* Prepare thorough on-site audit findings reports, emphasising relevant messages
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, adapting communication styles to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills of the Audit Manager Job:
* A minimum of 5 year's experience working within a UK Practice Accountants
* ACA/ACCA Qualified or QBE
* Proven experience in leading on-site audits
* Solid understanding of auditing standards and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to mentor and support junior team members
