Location: Saxmundham, Halesworth & Framlingham
Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for people and pets? Fromus, Eagle & Castle Vets are seeking a Practice Manager to drive our practices forward, ensuring our teams and clients experience the very best care and support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, clear communication, and operational excellence. You'll be at the heart of our practices, supporting our dedicated teams, building positive client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
What you'll do:
* Lead, support and inspire our veterinary and support teams across three practices.
* Foster a culture of engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
* Oversee administration, compliance, and financial processes with attention to detail.
* Work closely with clinical directors and head nurses to align practice goals and strategy.
About you:
* A natural leader with excellent people skills.
* Organised, approachable, and confident in administration and management.
* Skilled at engaging and motivating teams to perform at their best.
* Able to balance client care with efficient practice operations.
* Experience in veterinary or healthcare management is desirable but not essential.
