Description
* Drive sales growth across your designated brand portfolio
* Develop strong relationships with buyers to sell seasonal ranges
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
* Manage and grow existing account revenues
* Analyse market trends to inform strategic sales decisions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
* Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly
Profile
A successful Sales Manager should have:
* Experience working with womenswear lines
* Connections with buyers and independent boutiques
* Experience selling mid-range level brands (i.e. Isle Jacobsen, Baukjen)
* Able to be in Shoreditch 5 days a week
* A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strategic thinking and the ability to execute plans effectively
Job Offer
* A competitive salary of £40,000 to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Performance related bonus
