Field Service Engineer - Full Time
45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: Cambridge, UK
We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of Cambridge, who will travel around the surrounding areas to service machines.
We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and colleagues. You will enjoy multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all of our photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and well-maintained, helping convert first-time customers into lifelong clients.

Working hours are 45 per week, five days out of seven. The starting salary is £28,782, with an uncapped monthly bonus typically around £400 after probation.

Key Responsibilities
* Replenish and restock machines
* Perform preventative service visits within a designated territory
* Conduct site surveys for new machine installations
* Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
* Handle cash removals and deposits
* Carry out repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
* Manage stock both on-site and in vehicles
* Support or cover for other field engineers during holidays
* Build positive relationships with concession partners
* Maintain a professional appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and leave machines in better condition than found
