Position: Optometrist
Location: Dartford and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £74,000 per annum
Commission: Paid Monthly
Company Car: Fully expensed, for business and personal use
Days: 4 or 5 days a week (no weekends)
About the Role
As the UK's leading provider of optical care at home, we are searching for passionate optometrists to deliver high‑quality eye care in patients' homes, supporting the NHS and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide eye examinations to 6–7 patients per day in their homes; each appointment lasts about 1 hour.
* Make autonomous decisions and consult senior team members instantly when needed.
* Use advanced equipment such as a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I‑care tonometer and our digital records system.
* Support ongoing professional development and complete required exams or qualifications as needed.
