Job title: Degree Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Starting from £24,125 with annual progression through the scheme duration.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop manufacturing capability and technology to ensure requirements can be met and adhere to safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements.
* Support design processes, ensuring alignment with current and evolving manufacturing capabilities.
* Maintain existing systems and develop new technologies through conducting process reviews, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
* Translate Engineering Design (3D models, drawings, standards) into Manufacturing Engineering Data for use within operations & in line with project requirements.
Qualifications
* Level 10 BEng (Hons)– Design and Manufacturing
Qualification requirements 5 National 5s (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, which must include English & Maths (excluding Application of Maths) & a Science / Technical subject.
4 Highers (or equivalent) at Grade B or above, which must include English & Maths (excluding Application of Maths) & a Science / Technical subject.
