Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Aruba-based network environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across wireless, access control, and network infrastructure.
* Support and manage Aruba ClearPass (NAC) environments.
* Maintain and optimise Aruba AirWave and Aruba Central platforms.
* Work across wireless deployments and ongoing support activities.
* Assist with network changes, upgrades, and improvements.
* Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Technical Environment
Skills / Must Have
* Experience supporting HPE Aruba wireless environments.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across 2nd and/or 3rd line network support.
* Experience with at least one of the following: Aruba ClearPass, Aruba AirWave, Aruba Central.
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, wireless).
* Ability to work independently and manage technical issues end-to-end.
Nice to Have
* Aruba certifications (or working towards).
* Experience in enterprise or MSP environments.
