The Opportunity Chilly's is at a pivotal moment of change, and we are looking for a Global Commercial Director to drive the next stage of our journey. Working directly with our Founders, CEO and as a member of our Leadership team, you'll take the reins of key commercial relationships and spearhead our market and distribution growth plans. This role is for someone who thrives on challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change.
Job Requirements You'll Need to Bring
Commercial leadership experience with a proven track record in global growth
Experience being accountable for both B2B and B2C revenue targets
International wholesale experience and an established global network
Experience working with product brands that have successfully scaled and diversified
A proven ability to lead, develop, and energise teams
A history of delivering scalable and sustainable sales strategies
Deep knowledge of performance reporting and financial processes
Excitement about growth opportunities, grounded by our mission to challenge single-use culture
Job Responsibilities What You'll Be Driving
Building and leading a high-performing team that shares our disruptive vision—coaching them to exceed standards, not just meet them
Maximising our current distribution channels while identifying global opportunities that others miss
Collaborating with our Marketing and Product teams to execute flawless activation programs that drive commercial success
Developing and implementing wholesale retail and corporate co-branding B2B strategies that align with our ambitious vision
Leading key external stakeholder relationships through your established global network
Ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints
Staying ahead of market trends to provide strategic direction for both B2C and B2B growth
