Paralegal Conveyancing
Milton Keynes - Full time - Permanent
Our client looking for a Paralegal to join their growing conveyancing team in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and looking to develop their career within residential property law.
In this role, you will support your Team Leader with a range of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages, while also working closely with clients and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly.
What youll be doing
* Carrying out AML and conflict checks
* Reviewing source of funds / source of wealth documentation
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
* Raising and responding to enquiries
* Preparing search reports
* Preparing transfer and mortgage deeds
* Receiving and reviewing mortgage instructions from lenders
* Assisting with exchange of contracts and completion
* Liaising with HM Land Registry, lenders, and other conveyancers
* Supporting with leasehold matters including landlord consents and service charge apportionments
