Your Reformer is a dynamic and rapidly growing brand, bringing the reformer Pilates studio experience directly into clients’ homes and now expanding into commercial fitness and wellness spaces. With innovation at the heart of everything we do, we’re not just redefining how Pilates is accessed—we’re scaling globally with bold ambition.


We are searching for a full time Commercial Business Development- International to join our team! The role will work closely with the Head of International Partnerships in generating new business for Your Reformer internationally in commercial vertical industries and lead overflow. You will also be charged with supporting Your Reformer’s wholesale customer account support. You will be responsible for developing strong client relationships through effective communication in all aspects of the sales process including negotiation and closings.


We are looking to have this role on the ground to support our UK/European growth, therefore would love to find a candidate to work fully remotely in the UK but open to other European locations.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

* Implement effective sales strategies and processes as part of the commercial marketing calendar
* Negotiate and close agreements with commercial customers
* Liaise with marketing, communications and logistics to ensure brand consistency
* Stay up to date with new product launches
* Business development activities to build prospect database and increase brand/product awareness
* Follow up, and provide proposals for incoming commercial leads (excluding accounts deemed within Head of Commercial Sales verticals)
* Monitor commercial customer feedback and provide suggestions for process/product improvements
* Nurture customer relationships, in particular wholesale customers for the purpose of encouraging replenishment purchases, education on new product launches, as well as any other upsell opportunities
* Liaise with finance with regards to invoices and payments, as well as logistics with regards to deliveries and installations
* Support Head of International Partnerships with any overflow of leads
* Travel when required for conferences, expos, or key account/prospect meetings
* Ensure pipedrive and any other sales/lead software systems are maintained up to date and effective


Requirements & Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal skills & Autonomous
* Passionate and enthusiastic about the brand and expansion plans
* Keen learner and thorough with product knowledge
* Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
* Strong negotiation skills & ability to think on your feet
* High level of professionalism & driven
* 2+ years of experience in a Business Development role, preferably within fitness/health industry or fast paced environment.
* Proven experience sales/lead software systems, Pipedrive is a bonus!
* We are flexible to have the role fully remote with opportunity to visit Mornington HQ (If possible but not a requirement)
