Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Greater Manchester for a Junior Mechanical Engineer. The role involves fabricating, assembling and installing mechanical systems and components. The Junior Mechanical Engineer will assist in the execution of machine assembly and installation, ensuring quality control, and contribute to project management tasks to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Collaboration with the engineering team and adherence to industry standards are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering and machine assembly
Proficiency in navigating Computer-Aided Designs and related engineering drawings
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines
Willing to travel globally as part of our engineering team to carry out servicing and installations
Basic TIG welding practices
Familiarity with industry standards and practices in mechanical engineering
