region) to join our expanding Asset Management Team. The Assistant Technical Asset Manager will play a key role as the Asset Management Team plans and delivers long-term investment across the UPP portfolio, with key aspects of the role leading and assisting with the delivery of strategic life cycle and asset replacement programmes, individual refurbishment, modernisation and sustainability projects. You will also support the Technical Asset Manager in strategic asset management planning, including condition analysis and data gathering on the estate, analysing trends and assisting with options appraisal for future projects and investment.
Responsibilities
* Experience of asset management/building surveying activities including whole life costing, condition analysis and asset replacement planning, together with the technical and commercial understanding of the procurement and management of strategic maintenance and refurbishment projects and programmes.
* Experience of working on a portfolio with comparable characteristics to the one found at UPP, would be particularly advantageous, as would a technical background and professional qualification in the construction industry.

Assistant Technical Asset Manager (Midlands) c. £45,000.00 p.a. plus bonus and benefits package Flexible on location, Nottingham based would suit.
