BizClik’s Sustainability and Operations portfolio is scaling rapidly, driven by major global events, high-value media partnerships and enterprise-level sponsorship programmes. Our audiences are senior, our partners are global, and our commercial ambition is unapologetically high. We are looking for an experienced commercial leader who can own and close major global contracts, operate confidently with global brands and consultancies, and build long-term, multi-market partnerships across events, media and demand-generation solutions. The Role The Commercial Sales Director for Sustainability & Operations sits at the centre of BizClik’s global commercial growth across sustainability, ESG, operations, supply chain and infrastructure. You will: Own and scale global sponsorship and partnership revenue Lead senior commercial conversations with global brands, consultancies and enterprise partners Structure and close large, multi-event and multi-market contracts Shape integrated partner marketing and demand-generation solutions across BizClik’s platforms This role offers real influence over revenue strategy, commercial products and long-term partnerships, not just sales targets. What You’ll Be Doing Closing Major Global Contracts Lead board-level and C-suite commercial conversations Structure and close six- and seven-figure global sponsorship and partnership agreements Build long-term strategic relationships with global brands and consultancies Represent BizClik commercially at flagship sustainability and operations events worldwide Partner Marketing and Demand Generation Design integrated B2B demand-generation and partner marketing solutions across events, media, content and digital platforms Align sponsorships with audience insight, content strategy and measurable commercial outcomes Develop scalable partnership models that deliver value across multiple markets and regions Commercial Leadership Drive a high-performance, accountable commercial culture Coach and support teams on complex deal strategy and enterprise negotiations Own forecasting, pipeline management and revenue predictability Influence pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy for the portfolio Delivering World-Class Partnerships Work closely with Events, Editorial, Marketing and Design teams Ensure partners receive outstanding delivery, visibility and measurable ROI Leverage data and AI tools to improve deal quality, insight and speed What “Great” Looks Like You are: A proven senior commercial leader in events, media or partner marketing Experienced in closing major global contracts with enterprise clients Comfortable working with global brands, consultancies and strategic partners Commercially sharp, credible at board level and confident managing complexity Disciplined with pipelines, forecasting and contract governance Energised by growth, pace and ambition Curious about how data and AI can enhance commercial performance You don’t need an ego.
