Lead the Future of Marine & ATV for a Global Brand Suzuki GB PLC is seeking a commercially astute, strategically minded leader to guide its Marine & ATV division through its next phase of market share growth. Building on an already well-established position in the market, the company is looking to further strengthen its brand and expand their reach.
This is a real opportunity to set the direction, drive performance, and form strong partnerships across the UK and Ireland’s marine industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of the Bikes, Boats & Quads (BBQ) Division, lead a small, highly skilled team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future.

in a role that is both strategic and hands-on. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and executing the strategy to increase market share in the marine sector. Leading and motivating a team. Strengthening relationships across the marine dealer network and with key industry stakeholders. Ensuring commercial success through forward planning, data-led decision-making, and proactive market engagement. Collaborating closely with other departments (including Aftersales, Dealer Development, Finance)to leverage cross-divisional opportunities. Acting as a senior brand ambassador at major industry events. What We’re Looking For Proven commercial leadership experience, ideally in the
marine industry. A strong industry network and understanding of the outboard motor market. The ability to think strategically while delivering results in the short term.
