Project Manager - Sustainability £50,147 Chelmsford Permanent, Full Time We are looking for a Project Manager (Sustainability) to manage and deliver retrofit capital projects funded by the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). They will also oversee the implementation of energy efficiency measures across various locations, ensuring projects are completed cost-effectively and on time, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. What you'll be doing * Deliver retrofit capital projects, after securing funding from the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). * Deliver the SHDF project across several locations, implementing a range of measures from cavity wall insulation, heating improvements to external wall insulation. * Review or produce proposals and make recommendations for increasing energy efficiency and decarbonisation on relevant schemes, whilst ensuring value for money is achieved. * Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budget for the SHDF project; raising orders and variations and agreeing interim/final accounts, maintaining/monitoring expenditure records, forecasting the budget spend to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely completion of projects. * Ensure the appointed contractor and professional team are fully aware of the Trustmark procedure, taking the lead on receiving all documentation and test certificates as required.
