Descripción del empleo Solicitamos: Sales Executive Senior Objetivo de la posición El/La Sales Executive Senior es responsable del desarrollo comercial y financiero, responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, fortalecer relaciones con clientes y distribuidores, y promover soluciones integrales de financiamiento. Será responsable de coordinar procesos de crédito, dar seguimiento a operaciones comerciales y colaborar con distintas áreas internas para garantizar una experiencia ágil y eficiente para el cliente. Además, participará en el diseño de estrategias comerciales, capacitación a la red y detección de oportunidades de mercado que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio. Requisitos

Escolaridad: Licenciaturas en áreas económico‑administrativas. Titulado Experiencia: +5 años en industria automotriz y servicio a cliente. Conocimiento en áreas comerciales y conocimiento de productos financieros. Idioma: Inglés Avanzado

Actividades

Prospectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con clientes actuales y potenciales. Diseñar y promover soluciones integrales de financiamiento adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente. Gestionar relaciones comerciales estratégicas con distribuidores, clientes y áreas de negocio. Dar seguimiento a operaciones de crédito, líneas de financiamiento y procesos comerciales. Colaborar con distribuidores y equipos regionales para impulsar la colocación de financiamiento. Analizar la situación financiera de clientes y presentar propuestas viables de crédito. Coordinar la integración y validación de expedientes para autorización y liberación de créditos. Capacitar a la red de distribuidores y fuerza de ventas en productos financieros y procesos. Desarrollar estrategias comerciales, promociones y planes de venta alineados al mercado. Participar en eventos, exposiciones y licitaciones para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Monitorear tendencias del mercado y estrategias de la competencia para fortalecer la oferta comercial. Administrar proyectos y colaborar con equipos internos para asegurar una experiencia eficiente al cliente.
