PROCESS & PERFORMANCE ENGINEER - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - 3 MONTH CONTRACT, LIKELY EXTENSION - £40.66 PER HOUR (INSIDE IR35) - 1 STAGE INTERVIEW - SECTOR: AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING
This role plays a key part in ensuring production sequences are designed and executed as efficiently as possible, supporting delivery performance, resource optimisation, and continuous operational improvement. Working closely with production, engineering, planning, and supply chain teams, you will provide valuable insight into manufacturing performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive operational excellence across the production life cycle.
The position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on engagement on the shop floor, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
