Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst – Nottingham
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent Full-Time

The Role
* Deliver Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
* Undertake air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling
* Work primarily in domestic properties with some commercial sites
* Produce accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports
* Manage own workload effectively
* Ensure compliance with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements
* BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or equivalent)
* Experience as a Surveyor / Analyst or in a dual role
* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
* Ability to manage workload independently
* Full UK driving licence
