NWJCC Senior Leadership Role
Following the establishment of the NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee (NWJCC) in April 2024 and a period of organisational change and development, we are seeking exceptional senior leaders to join our team.

The postholder will provide expert leadership across complex portfolios, working closely with Health Boards, the wider NHS (in Wales and England), Welsh Government and other partners to ensure services deliver measurable patient outcomes and are safe, effective, high quality, affordable and equitable.
We seek individuals who bring strong system leadership, analytical thinking and collaborative skills, and who reflect our values of respect, trust, collaboration and excellence, placing patients, quality and outcomes at the heart of everything they do.
