Leadership Compensation Package: £12.95 per hour Fixed Shifts on rotation Mileage allowance - 25p per mile Bank Holiday premium - £19.43 per hour Christmas premium - £25.90 per hour Management development budget and training Free Mental Health and Well-being support app Leadership Responsibilities: Lead and mentor junior care staff Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance Support staff development and training Manage complex care packages - palliative care, dementia care, post-surgical recovery, or chronic condition management. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management Cover on-call responsibilities as needed Ideal Candidate: A Level 3 qualification is preferred; a Level 2 with 2 years of experience is considered.
