The Opportunity
This is an entry-level sales role designed for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in orthopaedic medical device sales. Reporting into the South regional team, you will support Territory Managers, Business Development Managers, and Clinical Specialists while gaining hands-on exposure to theatre, surgeons, and the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Support regional sales activity across South England & London.
* Attend theatre lists and assist with procedure support and logistics.
* Build product and clinical knowledge across the hip and knee portfolio.
* Develop relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital teams.
* Support account planning, follow-up, and CRM administration.
* Participate in product training and professional development programmes.
* Represent the business professionally in all interactions.
About You
Essential Qualifications
* Degree educated (ideally biomedical, life sciences, physiotherapy, sports science or similar).
* Recent graduate or up to 1-year experience in medical devices or healthcare sales.
* Bright, motivated, and able to absorb complex technical information.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving license.
Desirable Qualifications
* Exposure to orthopaedics or the operating theatre environment.
* Strong interest in building a long-term sales career.
