POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :
2. ATEX/DSEAR knowledge/Experience would be an advantage.
3. Awareness of SEVESO/COMAH.
4. Working knowledge of Management of relevant country Health and Safety legislation
5. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, coaching and negotiating skills - able to coordinate activities across multiple groups
6. A proven track record in managing change within a diverse environment.
7. An articulate communicator both written and verbal.
8. Ability to effectively build and manage relationships.
9. Has enthusiasm and patience to develop others.
10. Values strong team work.
11. Numerically astute with the ability to analyse data and drive the appropriate action
12. Professional and positive attitude with a high standard of work ethics
13. A strong customer focus
14. Proficient at producing and presenting proposals and able to demonstrate objective analytical skills and business acumen.

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
