At Creative Composites, we design and manufacture world‑leading composite components. Our customer base includes major OEMs across automotive, medical, transport and construction sectors. Our state‑of‑the‑art equipment includes some of the largest compression moulding presses in the UK, robotic cells, 5‑axis CNC machines, conveyorised paint lines and advanced assembly fixtures.
Working Hours
20 hours per week (under review) onsite.

Business / Manufacturing Qualification.
Job Summary
The key responsibilities include processing customer orders, updating manufacturing and delivery schedules, generating invoices and dispatch paperwork using Navision software. You will communicate effectively, organise accurate paperwork and monitor manufacturing and distribution schedules. Additionally, you will respond to day‑to‑day customer queries and coordinate with internal and external customers, transportation providers and other administrative activities.
Key Tasks
* Ensure that internal and external customer requirements are accurately and efficiently processed using Navision and established logistic pathways.
* Ensure that all invoicing and dispatch paperwork is accurately and efficiently completed using Navision.
* Organise and maintain filing systems for all documentation.
Job Attributes
* Customer Interfacing: Communicate with customers to accurately understand their schedules and any changes to requirements.
* Experience: Administration experience within an office / manufacturing environment.
* Special Skills: Computer / IT literate; familiar with Excel and preferably Navision.
Personal Attributes
Attention to detail, strong time management skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work well with others, manage deadlines, demonstrative Excel abilities.
