As a Commercial Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring commercial documentation is accurately managed and processes are completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

* Manage all aspects of commercial administration, including:
o Preparing and submitting payment applications
o Raising and processing invoices
o Applying applications and invoices to customer portals
* Collaborate closely with Contract Managers to support financial and contractual performance
* Organise and maintain up-to-date contractual documentation,
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial queries and invoice issues.
* Support internal audits and quality checks, ensuring adherence to company procedures and industry regulations.
* Provide general administrative support to the commercial and operational teams as required.
Job Description

Qualifications


What you will bring:

* Proven experience in commercial administration or a similar administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and flexible approach.
* Self-motivationwith excellent organisational and time-management skills.

You will also have great communication skills both written and verbal.



Additional Information


Working hours in this role will be Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 15:00.
