Provide emotional and practical support and guidance to children and
families in the local community. Supporting families to make positive changes
in line with their own goals. Using a strengths-based approach to build trust,
resilience and to reduce barriers to wider community engagement.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Fixed Term for a period not exceeding 4/07/2027
