We focus on communication, independence, sensory learning, and emotional wellbeing, working closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure every child reaches their full potential. The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting the delivery of engaging, inclusive learning experiences tailored to the complex needs of our pupils. This role is ideal for someone considering a future career in teaching or SEND education, or for someone with relevant experience who is keen to develop their skills in a specialist setting. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of creative, personalised learning activities Work closely with qualified teachers, therapists, and support staff Adapt learning to meet a wide range of needs, including sensory, communication, and medical needs Support pupils with personal care, mobility, and emotional regulation where required Use alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) strategies where appropriate Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Contribute to assessments, observations, and progress tracking About You We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine passion for working with children with SEND Is patient, resilient, and compassionate Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Has good communication and interpersonal skills Is flexible and willing to learn Remains calm and positive in a challenging but rewarding environment Experience in SEND is desirable but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
