The Role
We are recruiting for a highly experienced Buyer Services Executive to join a market leader within the Vehicle Remarketing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase business growth and revenue across Leicestershire.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of all regional buyer accounts and stimulate participation in sales events.
* Expand and nurture the buyer network.
* Champion and assist in executing buyer-focused initiatives.
* Deliver precise and punctual reports on buyer services.
* Utilise social media channels to boost sales engagement.
* Contribute to additional buyer services endeavors as needed.
Skills and Requirements:
* Previous exposure to sales within the automotive industry.
* Competent at both face-to-face and telephone sales with used car buyers.
* Demonstrated capability in delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
* Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Strong organisational abilities and adept time management skills.
* Capable of operating efficiently in fast-paced environments.
* Advanced proficiency in core Microsoft applications.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable yet not mandatory).
