Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing diverse teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in various project management methodologies, including Waterfall and SAFe, as well as proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
* Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
* Utilise root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
* Oversee cost control measures and ensure adherence to project budgets.
* Develop detailed project plans
* Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through regular updates and presentations.
* Employ data analysis skills to monitor project progress and performance metrics.
* Manage team dynamics and enhance productivity to thrive in delivery.
* Ensure compliance with organisational standards and best practices in project management.
* Utilise content management systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
Requirements
* Proven supervising experience in a project management role.
* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
* Salesforce is advantageous.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management software
* Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe) as well as traditional Waterfall approaches.
* Strong presentation skills for conveying complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of product development processes is desirable.
* Waste machinery technical experience preferred
* Nebosh or H&S trained
