Role
As a Professional Indemnity Associate, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing complex, high-value claims from start to resolution
* Drafting reports for insurers on legal issues
* Supporting dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation
* Maintaining relationships with insurers and clients, managing conflicts
* Advising clients on case strategy and claims handling
* Tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with SLAs
* Preparing cases for court hearings and briefing counsel
You will work with clients in the construction sector, handling claims against contractors, surveyors, architects, accountants, and engineers, offering a diverse caseload.
