This is a full-time position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring essential nutritional devices are kept in excellent working order for clients who depend on them.
£13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
Sittingbourne, ME10
You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of nutritional equipment to the highest compliance and quality standards. Working to both local and global procedures, you’ll ensure that all devices meet the needs of clients and support the wider goal of delivering safe, reliable healthcare solutions.

Servicing & Repairs: Carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repairs on nutritional devices, including identifying faulty components and diagnosing failures in feeding pumps.

Testing & Documentation: Conducting thorough testing on incoming and outgoing devices, while keeping accurate, compliant records across both paper and digital systems.

Quality & Safety: Maintaining excellent departmental standards in line with GMP and GLP, and following all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying and reporting opportunities to refine processes and improve documentation.

Team Support: Acting as a mentor to new and existing colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to build a strong, collaborative team.
What We’re Looking For
Full training will be provided, but we’re looking for someone who brings:

Previous technical experience, either professional or personal.

Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and electronic documentation.
This is initially a 6-month assignment, with the potential to become long-term. Many of the team have been in place for years, and the department is known for its supportive environment. Pay progression is available and based on performance
