Role Overview: We're looking for a dynamic and highly organised Office Manager to lead the smooth operation of our Croydon office. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of administrative expertise, process management, and people management skills — ideally with experience in a branch and/or broker team leading position. Key Role Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations within the office Aligned to both Sales and Existing business teams Achieve agreed sales & retention targets, both individually and as part of the overall team Maintain and improve internal administrative processes and documentation systems Assist with onboarding new hires and manage employee records Ensuring compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations are met Ensuring that you are a referral point for team leaders Ensure effective communication across departments and act as the go-to for internal support Key Requirements: Competent to sell SME general insurance Background working in a Branch/Insurance brokerage strongly preferred Experience of e-trading platforms; Acturis would be advantageous but not required Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills Proactive, self-motivated, and confident managing multiple priorities What our client Offers: 25 days annual leave 8% non-contributory pension Office working at least 3 days a week - Mon/Weds/Fri A collaborative and respectful workplace culture Opportunity to grow with a reputable and expanding insurance firm Modern office in central Croydon, easily accessible by public transport
