We are seeking to hire a Wholesale Account Manager for the East Midlands / South East region.
What you will do:
1. Manage a portfolio of customers to meet all financial KPIs set by the business.
2. Develop major customers through deep customer knowledge and creating cross-functional growth plans aligned with the UK marketing plan to drive sustainable sales.
3. Utilize digital capabilities to work with Marketing in optimizing e-Commerce and Social Media plans, and find new revenue streams via digital channels.
4. Manage full P&L, focusing on NES, L6b, and GP1% metrics.
5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Education teams to create joint value for Henkel and the customer.
6. Advocate for your accounts within the company and build networks at all levels within the customer base.
7. Create educational opportunities within major accounts to educate and inspire customer teams (Indola & Schwarzkopf).
8. Use analytical skills to derive insights from data sources and make business proposals to the Head of Wholesales and UK management team.
9. Demonstrate excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
10. Be responsible for financial and volume forecasting for the customer base.
11. Balance short-term and long-term requirements while collaborating with diverse teams to control and grow the business.
12. Maintain a positive and solution-focused approach in a dynamic business environment.
