Credit Control Administrator – Part Time
Salary: £25,500pa - £26,000pa, pro rata depending on experience.
Based at our head office in Aston Cross, working 2 days a week (ideally a Tuesday and Wednesday with some flexibility) on a 15-hour contract.
This role is responsible for assisting the Credit Control Team in managing and overseeing credit and debit collections for both ATS Euromaster and Tructyre.
Supporting the team in referrals of overdue debt to debt recovery agents and our credit insurers where appropriate as well as helping to handle customer claims, working with customer services to ensure customers are refunded where appropriate.
The role:
* Processing customer refunds in line with company policy and procedure.
* Support the Credit Control Team and European Business Services with any ad hoc queries.
* Support the Credit Control Team with submitting claims to debt recovery agents and/or credit insurers.
* Where necessary following up with customers who have outstanding payments either through phone calls, emails, meetings, or formal letters.
* General support of Credit Control Team where required.
The person:
* Relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Credit Control or AR Administration.
* Exemplifies good customer service.
* Can communicate clearly and effectively.
* Has an understanding of how the order to cash process works.
* Able to work with spreadsheets – Excel is a must.
* Good telephone manner.
* Can work across different locations and platforms (such as email, telephone, video call).
