The Role
Legend is hiring an Insight Analyst reporting directly to our Head of Founder Projects. As part of the Founder Office, your mission is simple, yet exciting - drive the insight that makes our Founder and the wider leadership team more informed and provide recommendations on how to drive positive action.
In this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.
Your Impact:
* Live in the data: Be the first line of defense for spotting key changes in performance across our Portfolio at large.
* Own the TL;DR: Produce digestible portfolio-level insight shared regularly with our Founder, leadership team, and the wider org.
* High-Quality Deep-Dives: Produce ad-hoc, in-depth analysis to support the Founder.
* Know the Industry: Stay close to wider industry trends and how our Product sit via tools like SimilarWeb and industry press.
* Understand the Business levers: Understand in depth the metrics that matter and tailor your insight to this.
What You’ll Bring:
* Demonstrate pace and dynamism; this is not a role where you will spend a long time sitting still.
* Be a good storyteller - able to explain your point clearly and concisely to maximize impact and inform business decisions.
* Use strong visualization skills in tools such as Tableau to tell a compelling data narrative.
* Have a real hunger to learn, grow and Play to Win.
* Experience using SQL with the ambition to strengthen knowledge further.
* SEO background preferred but not mandatory.
The Interview Process:
1. 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
2. 2nd: Interview with Head of Founder Projects Harrison Bani
3. 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Nick our Founder and Harrison Bani (1 hour video via Zoom)
