The Role
We’re partnered with a venture-backed AI company building products that help enterprises turn AI ambition into measurable business value.
They are hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer environments.
This is not a traditional services role. You will act as a product engineer in the field, working directly with customers to deploy, configure, and scale AI systems in production.
What You’ll Do
* Integrate AI/agent-based systems into real-world enterprise environments
* Build pipelines, connectors, and workflows across customer data and infrastructure
* Configure and optimise agent behaviour against live use cases
* Diagnose issues across the stack (APIs, infra, orchestration, data flows)
* Translate ambiguous product feedback into concrete improvements
* Feed directly into product roadmap and feature development
What They’re Looking For
* Strong Python engineering (production-level debugging and extension)
* Experience with APIs / backend systems (FastAPI or similar)
* Exposure to LLM / RAG systems (retrieval, embeddings, orchestration concepts)
* Comfortable working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
* Experience operating in customer-facing or ambiguous environments
* Ability to translate between technical systems and business outcomes
