Due to continued growth, we are increasing our Customer Delivery team, and we are looking for a Rapid Delivery Project Manager to drive the success of high-value, short lead time projects that shape the future of mobility.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of a dynamic team, you will help you will be responsible for delivering rapid delivery customer projects within 4 – 12 weeks, to drive our monthly revenue. This is a great opportunity offering potential development and progression into more complex, longer term new product introduction projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Managing end-to-end delivery of short-lead-time customer projects
* Coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Planning
* Leading project governance routines and delivery meetings
* Acting as the primary customer contact, ensuring fast and transparent communication
* Tracking risks, issues, and scope changes to maintain delivery performance
* Supporting financial performance and accurate revenue recognition
* Identifying opportunities for customer growth and continuous improvement
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll bring energy, ownership, and a drive to deliver in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also have:
* Experience managing prototype or rapid development projects
* Background in automotive, performance automotive/motorsport, energy, or similar sectors
* Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central desirable)
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI
* Experience in Agile methodology, APM or equivalent certification preferred
* Ability to travel to site
