Awell-established and traditional law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer (NQ3 PQE) to join its Eastbourne office. The Role Acting for buyers and sellers in a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions. Managing the full conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion and registration. Handling a mixed caseload including freehold, leasehold, re-mortgage, and buy-to-let matters. Ensuring full compliance with the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders Handbook. Advising clients on SDLT, including higher rates, reliefs, and exemptions. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals. The Person Ideally NQ3 years PQE, though applications from candidates with equivalent experience are welcome. Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX although qualification is not essential depending on experience. Confident in managing a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent client care and communication skills, with a proactive and personable approach. Comfortable working independently and without reliance on a case management system.
