This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join a growing business at an exciting time of change. The successful candidate will play a key role in project administration, material ordering, and document control, supporting the delivery of multiple fire protection projects.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue RAMS and handover documentation for ongoing projects
*
Order and coordinate materials requested by site teams
*
Create and maintain projects using the company’s works recording system
*
Manage and update project folders throughout the project lifecycle
*
Support with general administrative and coordination duties
*
Embrace and help implement new digital systems as part of process improvements
Key Requirements
*
Previous experience in construction, passive fire, or related industries
*
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
*
Confident in handling documentation and procurement tasks
*
Comfortable with digital systems and eager to learn new software
*
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
*
Within a commutable distance of Matlock

£35,000 per annum
