Your profile What Youll Bring: 3+ years experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally plastics or food packaging Proven leadership or supervisory experience with ability to motivate and develop teams Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production focused on safety, quality, and efficiency Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a results-driven culture Solid understanding of shift KPIs, operational processes, and data analysis for improvement Knowledge of Quality Systems (BRC, FDA, ISO), SAP, and Microsoft Office Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles (advantageous) Permanent right to work in the UK (site based in Northern Ireland) Our Offer Available Shifts 38 hrs Double Days(rotating shift pattern)from Monday to Thursday: Week Week Salary & Benefits £40,000£50,000 (dependent onexperience) Health Cash Plan(dental, physio, etc.) 5% employer pension contributions Extra holidayeach year after 5 years service Profile description: Not applicable for interfaces Skills: Production Manufacturing Operative
