Location: Bedford
Type: Temporary - until April or June (workload dependant)
Salary: £12.21 per hour – Weekly Pay, Term-Time Only
Hours: Part & Full Time hours - between 8.45am - 4.20pm

We are seeking experienced SEND Support Assistants to join our client’s team in Bedford from September. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a significant impact in a dedicated educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND.
* Adapt learning activities and materials to meet individual needs.
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development.
* Assist in monitoring and recording progress.
* Promote an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Requirements:
* Level 2 in Maths and English & Level 3 qualification in care-based topic.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service essential.
* Experience working with young people, ideally with SEND.
* Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
