WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a store manager, you’re responsible for assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. You’ll support the brand leader and store team in delivering amazing in-store and online service, and oversee stylist team members handling first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system. You will manage time effectively to ensure the in-store customer journey, financial targets and critical business updates are delivered. You will lead floor managers and stylists, upskill team members with commercial skills to achieve sales targets and outstanding service that makes customers feel amazing. You will also ensure your teams look and feel ready to impress customers, showcasing achievements and pride through our brand platforms. You will handle employee-related matters in store in collaboration with the brand leader to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* You will equip and incentivise your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates to deliver an inspiring in-store and online customer experience
* Support the brand leader in the development of your team and identify areas for improvement
* Assist in planning and delivering monthly floor sets, promoting new collections and driving sales across all product categories
* With reporting technologies, monitor the shop floor to maximise trade opportunities, identify risks early and respond with pace
* Oversee leadership and support to stylist team members with first-line customer queries via our online customer service system
* Ensure floor and stylist teams are prepared to impress customers and demonstrate achievements and pride
* Handle employee matters in store in collaboration with the brand leader

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our standalone store in the Metro Centre, Newcastle has been open since 2008 and usually trades from 9:00 to 21:00 (subject to seasonal changes). The store is the smallest AllSaints mainline store but is busy and bustling. The team is diverse and shares a passion for fashion and showcasing that our brand is for everyone. Store location is approximately a 20-minute journey from Newcastle station.
