About the Role
Business Development Executive (SaaS) | £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) | Uncapped Commission | Office based, Leicester

What you’ll be doing:
1. Proactively making high-volume outbound calls to engage with key decision-makers
2. Carrying out detailed discovery calls to understand each business’s needs
3. Scheduling product demonstrations for senior sales representatives
4. Accurately updating CRM systems with key customer insights and notes
What we’re looking for:
* A go-getter with a "hunter" mentality – you enjoy outbound sales
* Previous sales experience is a bonus but not essential; personality and drive matter most
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
